We recommend feeding a volume of less than 15mm*15mm*10mm snack, while the device does not support more powdered food, which is easy to jam.
Pour out the snacks from the snack chute.
Turn the device upside down and open the hole cover with the device plugged in.
Tap the side of the device and use the cool air mode of the hair dryer to blow into the hole cover for 30 seconds.
Please use the snack throwing function in APP to launch snacks several times, and check if the issue is solved.
Arenti Dog Camera does not have a built-in battery. It is a non-rechargeable camera but needs to be plugged in to use.
If there is no socket where you want to put the camera, you could choose an appropriate length extension cord for it to use! (Make sure whether the network of that location is stable)

Absolutely yes! The Arenti Dog Camera support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi frequencies. Since they both have their advantages, to give you the best experience with the camera, we recommend connecting to a Wi-Fi network that has a better signal in your house. 2.4GHz Wi-Fi will provide better Internet if the camera is in a spacious location, or if there is a wall between your camera and the router. If your camera is near a router, 5GHz Wi-Fi will be a good choice to provide a more stable and robust connection with less interference in a small room.

Yes! You could receive notifications from the APP when your dog barks. Note: Make sure the APP notification & bark detection are on.
The warranty period is 2 years. Please contact our customer service team at support@arenti.com to solve the problem if there are any questions about the product. Once it is confirmed that there is an issue with the device, we will replace a new one for totally free:)

This pet treat dispenser and camera arrived packaged nicely in a giftable box.This is not only a camera but also an automatic treat dispenser for your dog or cat.The camera comes with a power adapter and cord, the main camera/treat unit, a cleaning brush, some cute stickers, and a user manual.Setting this up is very easy. The first thing you need to do is to connect the camera treat dispenser to the app on your phone. The instructions on how to do this and the link for the app are in the user manual. It connects very easily. The camera can connect to 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi.Once connected you can fill the pet treat dispenser with your favorite, or I mean your pet's favourite dry treat. You can use any dry food that is 7 to 15 mm in size. They do suggest you avoid treats with lots of powder or dust since that can clog things up.Once loaded you can monitor your pet with the camera. The camera can be remotely rotated 355 degrees and will track and notify you when your pet is heard or seen. It delivers crystal clear 2K video.The treats can be dispensed manually with a button on the treat dispenser or you can use the app remotely to dispense and shoot out the treats to your pet. This works very well.You can communicate with your pet with the speaker or play different sounds to attract your pet to the dispenser.There is night vision technology built in so you can even see your pet at night.You can install a micro SD card that can store any pictures or videos that you save. These can be accessed from the app at any time.There are suction cups on the bottom of the pet treat dispenser so that it will stay in place and not be knocked over by a curious pet.This pet treat dispenser with a camera works amazingly well and is very easy to use.
