Return & Exchange


Arenti stands behind the quality of every product we sell and deliver, striving to meet and exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

All returns and exchanges for defect and all returns made after this 30-day return period must be made pursuant to the terms of Arenti's Limited Warranty.

For order cancellation, please refer to Arenti's Shipping Policy. Only orders that are too late to be canceled and rejected upon delivery apply to the terms of Arenti's return policy.

For any indirect purchases, meaning (1) any purchases not made directly from arenti.com (the “Site”) or (2) any purchases made from our authorized resellers, such as Amazon Direct, please refer to the reseller’s return policy or contact the reseller directly. We do not accept returns for indirect purchases.

If you received the wrong item or wrong quantity of items, please contact Arenti Support. In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued after validation. Refunds will not be issued.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  • Approval

Contact Arenti support to submit your return request. Here are information you’re required to provide.

  1. A photo of the product inside its original packaging.
  2. A photo of the complete outer packaging.
  3. A photo of the product outside the packaging, clearly showing its condition and checking for any damage or scratches.
  4. A photo of the barcode on the outer box.
  5. Your order ID

  • Labeling
    After approval of your return, please pack and send the item back as instructed and ship it by yourself. Please pick a traceable shipping carrier that offers delivery confirmation when returning products to the location specified by Arenti. We kindly recommend insuring the shipment. Arenti is not responsible for any loss or damage to returned products during transit. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Under normal circumstances, return labels are not provided. If a return label is required, we will issue one through our designated courier, with the charge to be deducted from your refund. It’s your responsibility to print the label and securely attach it to the outside of the box.

  • Return Packaging
    All authorized returns must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). If there’s a free gift, when you return the entire order, the free gift must also be returned. The product must be completely repackaged with the original packaging. Ensure that no personal belongings are included in the package. Arenti is not responsible for any personal items returned with the product and cannot guarantee their recovery or return.

On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package. Please verify all information on the return label is correct before shipping.


REFUNDS
Refunds on authorized returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of Arenti’s receipt of the returned item, which may vary depending on the bank or credit card issuer. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Please be sure to keep your copy of the proof of delivery. If Arenti is unable to verify its receipt of the returned item, Arenti will not be liable for any repair, replacement, or refund on the returned unit.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, if any.

EXCHANGE PROCESSING
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as possible.

CLEARANCE & OPEN-BOX ITEMS
Clearance items and open-box products are only eligible for exchange, and can’t be returned. If there are defects and damages, please refer to our Arenti's Limited Warranty.

For order cancellation, please refer to Arenti's Shipping Policy. For orders that can’t be canceled, Arenti Return & Exchange Policy takes effect once the parcel is rejected and rerouted back to us.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, in assembled status, without original packaging, without original content or altered will not be accepted for return.
  • Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage is not covered under this policy.
  • Returns received without a prior return authorization are not accepted. For example, return the order directly to where it is shipped out.
  • A legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.
  • Returns that are carried in person to our warehouse gates.
  • Returns received without a prior return authorization.
