The baby monitor delivers clear 1080P Full HD video on the Arenti App, allowing you to see your baby clearly and keep an eye on what’s happening in the nursery.
The AInanny B2 Baby Monitor only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. So please confirm that you are connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi before you use the AInanny B2 Baby Camera.
When you monitor the video through the Arenti APP, both AInanny B2 Baby Camera and APP need to be connected to the Internet. If the camera is disconnected from Wi-Fi, the alarm message will not be sent to APP. If the camera is successfully connected to Wi-Fi, APP can receive notifications anywhere and anytime by connecting to mobile data or Wi-Fi. However, Wi-Fi is not necessary to be connected if you only see the playback by the monitor.
The AInanny baby camera doesn't have a built-in battery. The camera isn't rechargeable and needs to be plugged into an outlet to work.
However, the monitor has a battery that can be charged. If there's no outlet where you want to set up the camera, you can use an extension cord of the right length! (Make sure the network is stable in that spot) Power supply: DC 5V1A Type-C
--Check the settings of your phone and whether you have turned on notification permission for Arenti APP. Ensure that the movement/noise detection function has been turned on: Open the APP - Device (click the device to the real-time video page) - Setting - Alarm Setting Page Checking, and check whether the alarm notification function is turned on: Open the APP - Device (click the device to the real-time page) - Setting Page Checking. If your phone is Android, it will stop receiving notifications once you close the APP. Please confirm that the APP is running, or ensure that the resident message service is enabled (Arenti APP -- Me -- Setting). The APP will run in the background automatically to facilitate the reception of visitor calls and alarm messages.
--The warranty period is 2 year. Please contact our customer service team by support@arenti.com to solve the problem if there is any questions about the product. Once it is confirmed that there is an issue with the device, we will replace a new one for totally free:)
--Yes, the app needs to be connected to the internet to view playback. Therefore, when viewing playback through the app, please ensure that the mobile app is connected to the internet, either via WiFi or mobile data.
I love this camera! I love that I can do everything through the app that you download when you start using the camera. It’s so easy to pair the camera and the app is easy to navigate. There are so many other features like a lullaby feature and temperature readings. I can adjust the angles when on the app too! The picture is great quality and it picks up sound really good. It’s an added feeling of relief knowing I can just check the app anytime I want. And that it can notify me of noise and movement. The quality of this product is great! And the value is most definitely there. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a baby monitor.

Keeps a consistent signal, good video quality, the sound is way too loud
3 weeks and no issues. Our other cam stopped working 2 years after we bought it. This one doesn't have the night light but does have the white noise that we have been using with both kids. The signal seems to be very good between the cams and the monitor. Our others ones would lose connection all the time. The wifi app is good and has some more settings to adjust that you can't with just the monitor so i suggest connecting to the app.As for the actual video, it is good. The one complaint i would have is the volume on the monitor is way too loud. Even at the lowest settings, its ridiculous. The notification for movement or noise is also way too loud. You can't sleep if you have the sound notification on.
