FAQs

  • PayPal&Google Pay: Please contact brand after-sales customer service for assistance, provide account and camera SN information, and we will assist you with a refund as soon as we receive the request.
  • Apple Pay: Open http://reportaproblem.apple.com Log in to Apple ID, find our app, and select the corresponding order to apply for a refund.

"Cloud Storage"/"AI Intelligent Analysis" are bound to cameras one by one. If you need to migrate your order to a new camera, please provide us with the SN numbers of the outgoing and incoming cameras.

Please note, the payment would be made on the app. We currently only support the following three payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

With cloud subscription already, when you check any alert, you’re literally check the cloud video.

No. E2EE (end-to-end encryption) technology encrypts data locally before uploading it to the cloud. Once enabled, the data cannot be retrieved when the password is forgotten.

Each device requires its own subscription; a cloud storage plan can only be used for one device. A free Basic version is currently available—once enabled, it provides lifetime access to 6-second event recording clips. To view cloud storage fees for paid subscriptions, please go to: APP > Camera Live View > Settings > Cloud Storage Service.

Our camera cloud storage service is deeply bound to the main account to ensure maximum data security and privacy protection. Based on this principle, video playback in cloud storage can only be viewed after logging in with the main account.

 

The main account holder has the highest level of control and access to all account-related data. The shared account function is mainly to facilitate family members or partners to share the real-time monitoring screen of the camera within a certain range. Due to the high sensitivity and privacy of cloud storage content, we have not yet granted shared accounts the permission to view cloud playback.

Apple can cancel auto-renewal from within the app. To cancel from within the store or Apple Preferences, follow these steps

 

  • Canceling from the App Store

1.Enter the Apple App Store page, click [Avatar] on the top left corner.

2.Jump to Apple After entering the ID interface, click [Subscribe] on the page column.

3.After opening the subscription item list, select the [Order] to cancel the automatic renewal.

4.On the order details page, select [Cancel Subscription] and click.

5.In the pop-up window, select [Confirm] and click.

 

  • Cancel in Settings

1.After entering the settings, click the [Avatar] icon at the top.

2.After opening the user page, click the [Subscribe] option on the page.

3.After opening the subscription list, select the [Order] to be cancelled for renewal and click.

4.After switching to the Edit Subscription page, click [Cancel Subscription] on the page.

5.In the pop-up window, select [Confirm] and click.

  • Google Play Store on Android

1.Start by launching the “ Play Store ” app. If you can't find it on your device , swipe up on the home screen to open the app drawer, then scroll until you find Apps.

2.Next, click on the menu icon in the upper left corner of the interface.

3.Click on the "Subscribe" option in the list.

4.You should now see the All subscriptions paid for by Play Store. Click on the subscription you want to unsubscribe from.

5.Select the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the page.

6.Enter a reason for cancelling your subscription and click the "Continue" button.

7.Cancel your Play Store subscription from the Android app by selecting the "Cancel order" button.

 

  • Google Play Store subscription from Web

1.If you are no longer able to use your Android device, or if you prefer to manage your finances from your computer, you can cancel your subscription to the app via the Google Play Store website.

From your preferred browser, go to Google Play Store. From there, select the "My subscriptions" link in the left sidebar.

2. Next, click the Manage button on the right side of the screen associated with the subscription you want to cancel. At the bottom of the pop-up menu, select Cancel Subscription. "Manage" option.

3.Finally, click on the "Unsubscribe" button to confirm your decision.

1.Log in to your PayPal account and click on the gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.

2.In the expanded settings menu, switch to the Payments tab and click Manage automatic payment options.

3.On the next screen, select the payment you wish to cancel. Once open, click the Cancel button.
