FAQs

Here are the key differences to help you choose the right model for your nursery:

  • Video Quality: AInanny delivers sharper images with 2K (3MP) resolution, while AInanny B2 records in 1080P Full HD.

Gently slide the camera head upward to reveal the slot, then insert the Micro SD card until it clicks into place.

Don't worry, your camera is likely functioning normally. The sudden movement is usually caused by one of the following automated features being enabled:

  • Motion Tracking: The camera automatically rotates to follow detected movement within its view.
  • Sound-Triggered Patrol: When unusual sounds are detected, the camera performs a 360° patrol to monitor the surrounding area.

Rest assured, your device security is our top priority. Our cameras utilize bank-grade AES-128 encryption and TLS 1.2 protocols to secure your data stream, providing robust protection for your privacy and personal information.

It depends on how you choose to use the device:

  • When using the Arenti App (Wi-Fi Required): Both the camera and your phone must be connected to the internet. When connected, you can access the live feed and receive instant motion or sound notifications anytime via cellular data or Wi-Fi. If the camera goes offline, you will not receive alerts.
  • When using the Monitor (No Wi-Fi Needed): Wi-Fi is not required. The camera connects directly to the monitor screen, offering a 100% private and secure local connection to check on your baby—no internet connection needed.
  • The Camera: Does not have a built-in battery and is not rechargeable. It must remain plugged into a power outlet to operate.
  • The Monitor: Features a built-in rechargeable battery, allowing you to use it cordlessly once fully charged.

💡 Tip: If there is no power outlet near your desired camera setup, you can use a suitable extension cord. Just ensure that the Wi-Fi signal remains strong and stable in that location.

Power Specifications: DC 5V/1A (Type-C)

The button on the camera is for one-touch calling. With a single press, it enables instant two-way talk, allowing your child or caregiver to reach you immediately through either the monitor or the app.

For optimal performance, we recommend using a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card from a reputable brand, formatted to FAT32.

Please note the following capacity limits:

  • The Camera: Supports Micro SD cards up to 256GB.
  • The Monitor: Supports Micro SD cards up to 128GB only.
