We recommend feeding a volume of less than 15mm*15mm*10mm snack, while the device does not support more powdered food, which is easy to jam.

  1. Pour out the snacks from the snack chute.
  2. Turn the device upside down and open the hole cover with the device plugged in.
  3. Tap the side of the device and use the cool air mode of the hair dryer to blow into the hole cover for 30 seconds.
  4. Please use the snack throwing function in APP to launch snacks several times, and check if the issue is solved.
  • Arenti Dog Camera does not have a built-in battery. It is a non-rechargeable camera but needs to be plugged in to use.
  • If there is no socket where you want to put the camera, you could choose an appropriate length extension cord for it to use! (Make sure whether the network of that location is stable)
  • Power supply: DC 5V/2A
  • Maximum power consumption: 5W

Absolutely yes! The Arenti Dog Camera support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi frequencies.
Since they both have their advantages, to give you the best experience with the camera, we recommend connecting to a Wi-Fi network that has a better signal in your house.
2.4GHz Wi-Fi will provide better Internet if the camera is in a spacious location, or if there is a wall between your camera and the router. If your camera is near a router, 5GHz Wi-Fi will be a good choice to provide a more stable and robust connection with less interference in a small room.

Of course you could also feed your cat's favorite snacks by Arenti Dog Camera! Please refer to the Recommended snacks for advice.

Cats will adapt and enjoy this quickly because they are very smart:)

Please note that bark detection may not be triggered as cats do not bark, while you could be assured that other features are perfectly suitable for cats.

Of course! Please insert SD card/subscribe to cloud storage, and make the following settings:
1. Enable recording: APP - Device (click the device to the live video page) - Set Recording Management;
2. Enable alarm: APP - Device (click the device to the real-time video page) - Set Alarm Settings

Yes! You could receive notifications from the APP when your dog barks.
Note: Make sure the APP notification & bark detection are on.

The warranty period is 2 years. Please contact our customer service team at support@arenti.com to solve the problem if there are any questions about the product. Once it is confirmed that there is an issue with the device, we will replace a new one for totally free:)
