Yes, the GO2T camera requires a Wi-Fi connection for standard operation. However, if it temporarily goes offline, it will keep recording video in the background. While you won't be able to access the live stream or recordings in the app during the outage, everything will be fully accessible once the Wi-Fi connection is restored.

For security reasons, an Arenti account can only be logged into on one mobile device at a time. However, you can easily share access with family or friends using our sharing feature!

Just go to the Arenti App > Select your device > Settings > Device Sharing > Add, and follow the on-screen guide. Please note that your friends or family will need to create their own Arenti account (registered in the same country) to accept the invite.

As for adding new devices—there are no limits! You can add as many Arenti security devices to your single Arenti account as you like to keep your whole home covered.

Because the solar panel serves as the primary charging tool, a power adapter is not included in the package. However, if you prefer to charge the camera via a wall outlet, any standard 5V/1A adapter will work perfectly.

Not at all—it all depends on your needs! Here are your options:

  • No SD card or subscription: You can still view the live feed anytime, but video recordings will not be saved for playback.
  • With an SD card or Cloud Storage: You can view the live feed and access video playbacks whenever you need them.

Note: If you prefer cloud storage, you can check out our available plans and pricing directly in the app via Live Feed > Settings > Cloud Storage Service > Subscription.

No, the GO2T camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, which offer better range and stability for outdoor security.

Before setting up, please ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network. If you are using a dual-band router that combines both frequencies, you may need to temporarily disable the 5GHz band in your router settings during the initial setup to ensure a successful connection.

The Arenti GO2T comes with a 3-meter (approximately 9.84-foot) power cable, giving you plenty of flexibility for outdoor installation.

Powered by a robust 5200mAh battery, the GO2T can last approximately 1.5 to 2 months on a single charge under typical usage conditions.

Please note that actual battery life may vary depending on your specific device settings, motion detection frequency, and environmental temperatures.

No, the GO2T does not support 24/7 continuous recording. As a battery-powered camera, it is designed to balance optimal battery life with reliable event detection.

The maximum length for a single recorded clip is 30 seconds (set to 10 seconds by default). You can easily customize this duration in the app via Settings > Alarm Management > Custom Mode > Recording Time. To minimize the risk of missing consecutive events, you can also shorten the alarm interval within the same menu.
