Recurring Product Subscriptions

Arenti offers a range of recurring product subscriptions. The products included in each subscription and their prices are listed on Arenti app. Arenti reserves the right to modify these details from time to time, with prior notice provided before any changes take effect.

  • Subscription schedule: At the time of registering the Arenti app, you may choose a subscription service on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Effective date and delivery: Subscriptions begin on the date you submit your initial order. Subsequent deliveries will occur on or around the same day of each month or year, following the schedule you've chosen.
  • Auto-renewal: Recurring product subscriptions automatically renew according to your chosen schedule ( monthly/annual).
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps.
  • Payment authorization: By purchasing a recurring product subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
    • The initial and subsequent renewal charges will be based on the current subscription rate at the time of billing.
    • Arenti is authorized to charge your selected payment method periodically (e.g., monthly) without additional consent, until you notify us to cancel the subscription or update your payment details.
    • You are responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation, including any fees processed after your payment card expires.

Recurring services

These terms apply to subscriptions for Arenti software services ("SaaS"), including AI Analysis and Arenti Video Cloud AI.

  • Promotional offers: We may provide trial subscriptions or other promotions for software services to eligible customers. Such offers are subject to their specific terms, these subscription policies, and our general Terms & Conditions, unless stated otherwise in the promotion. Trial users may opt out of converting to a paid subscription at any time before the trial ends.
  • Paid subscriptions: You can enroll in a monthly or annual paid plan for Arenti software services when first setting up your product or at any time during use. Subscriptions continue until canceled by you or Arenti, remaining active through the end of the current billing period. If you purchase your subscription via Arenti app your paid subscription will start immediately or on the first day after a trial period (if applicable).
  • Auto-renewal authorization: Your Arenti software services will automatically renew for subsequent terms unless you notify us to cancel or disable auto-renewal before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize Arenti (without further notice, except as required by law) to charge the current subscription fee and applicable taxes to your stored payment method for each renewal term.
  • Billing and payment: Subscription fees are charged on the first day of each billing period. If a payment fails, is returned, or is declined, Arenti may cancel your subscription unless a new payment method is provided. If a new payment method is successfully charged before cancellation, the renewal cycle will align with the original billing schedule (not the date of the successful charge).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription any time via your account’s cancellation process. Access to Arenti software services will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

General provisions:

Arenti reserves the right to modify or discontinue any subscription service at its discretion, with or without notice. Continued use of a subscription following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, including auto-renewal provisions.
