Shipping Carriers
Arenti ships with DHL, USPS, UPS, UNI, Canada Post for our deliveries.
Shipper Addresses
US orders are shipped from warehouses in Fontana CA, Hebron KY. Europe orders are shipped from Rheinland-Pfalz Germany, Bremen Germany.
Orders may be shipped in separate packages if items are stocked in different warehouses.
Processing Orders & Shipping
Please note we are unable to fulfill any expedited shipping or pickup requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work our hardest to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts.
Processing time: within 1-2 business days, and may take longer if P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or other invalid addresses are provided. Please note that orders placed on Friday might be processed the following Monday.
Shipping time: 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For rural locations, allow up to 20 business days. During holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other peak periods, extra days are required as we process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders containing pre-sale or customized items may experience extended delivery times.

Undeliverable Packages
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Arenti as an undeliverable package. If this occurs, please contact us at support@arenti.com to make arrangements for reshipment. In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued after validation. Refunds will not be issued.
Track my Shipment
You can track your order after an email confirmation has been sent to you, which means your item is ready to ship from our warehouse. Easily check the order via the online tracking page. To review your order details, go to your account page. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, please check your email spam folder first, then contact us for assistance.
Canceled Orders
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Please notify our operations team directly via live chat to cancel orders.
US: Before 18:00 pm PDT on the same day the order was placed
Europe: Within 2 hours after orders are placed.
Beyond the requested time range, especially after order confirmation emails are sent, you can try but we don’t guarantee that orders can be 100% canceled. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
Once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It’s your responsibility to once again check and verify your recipient information. Any loss resulting from an incorrect address or fraudulent transaction will be your sole responsibility.

Claims Processing
Lost packages: Confirm with the shipping carrier first, in case the package is marked as “delivered”before the carrier actually does so. Then contact Arenti customer support. With necessary information collected, we’ll file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Damaged packages: You may refuse to receive the package if you inspect the items with visible damages at arrival. Otherwise, contact us with photos of the damage and a copy of the shipping label. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Missing or Incorrect Items: Contact us directly with photos of the items you received and a copy of the shipping label. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Claims must be filed with Arenti within 7 days of the order's delivery date. Courtesy reshipments are not eligible for return or refund.
Arenti assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:
1. Shipping time might be delayed for 1-2 days for transportation to remote regions.
2. Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, refusal to receive, and failing to pick up packages in station or locker, etc.
3. Delay due to force majeure. “Force majeure” means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.
4. Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile products, and other products that are not available for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.
5. Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.
6. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.
7. The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.
