--2K Ultra HD resolution on the Arenti APP. Compared with the 1080P pixel s on the market, it can display a clear video so you see exactly what is happening to your baby.
--The AInanny B2 Baby Monitor only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. So please confirm that you are connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi before you use the AInanny B2 Baby Camera.
--When you monitor the video through the Arenti APP, both AInanny B2 Baby Camera and APP need to be connected to the Internet. If the camera is disconnected from Wi-Fi, the alarm message will not be sent to APP. If the camera is successfully connected to Wi-Fi, APP can receive notifications anywhere and anytime by connecting to mobile data or Wi-Fi. However, Wi-Fi is not necessary to be connected if you only see the playback by the monitor.
--For security reasons, an account can only log in through one mobile phone at the same time, and others can only watch the real-time video of the camera through the sharing mechanism. Arenti APP - Device (click the device to the real-time video page) - Settings - Device Sharing - Add, share your device according to the guide. Please note that your friend needs to create an account (in the same country) and log in to Arenti APP.
--Check the settings of your phone and whether you have turned on notification permission for Arenti APP. Ensure that the movement/noise detection function has been turned on: Open the APP - Device (click the device to the real-time video page) - Setting - Alarm Setting Page Checking, and check whether the alarm notification function is turned on: Open the APP - Device (click the device to the real-time page) - Setting Page Checking. If your phone is Android, it will stop receiving notifications once you close the APP. Please confirm that the APP is running, or ensure that the resident message service is enabled (Arenti APP -- Me -- Setting). The APP will run in the background automatically to facilitate the reception of visitor calls and alarm messages.
--The warranty period is 2 year. Please contact our customer service team by support@arenti.com to solve the problem if there is any questions about the product. Once it is confirmed that there is an issue with the device, we will replace a new one for totally free:)
--Yes, the app needs to be connected to the internet to view playback. Therefore, when viewing playback through the app, please ensure that the mobile app is connected to the internet, either via WiFi or mobile data.
